  • “After receiving a General Discharge on my F5, Mr. Hesse was hired for me by TMPA. Mr. Hesse did get the General Discharge changed to an Honorable. I feel that I received the best representation possible. I would recommend him to anyone. His number is definitely saved in my phone.”

  • He is an amazing and humbling man that will do anything for his clients

“I was charged with a 3rd Degree Felony for possession of a controlled substance a Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana. I had no defense and it would have been a miracle for me to walk away from this unscathed. With his drive and dedication to his clients, Mr. Hesse was able to get me on a 1 year pre-trial diversion program. The day that I met him he gave me the biggest feeling of relief. He was able to formulate a plan for the best possible outcome. On my first visit to court he was able to make a miracle happen! Im young and have a lot ahead of me and without his help I would have no future. I am so grateful for everything Chris has done for me and I would recommend him to everyone who is looking for an attorney to defend them. He is an amazing and humbling man that will do anything for his clients there's no need to look any further!”

  • 1st Degree Felony Case, Dismissed

“My then 21-year old son was facing a possible 5 to 99-year sentence in state prison. Mr. Hesse was his court-appointed attorney in Fort Bend County, but you would not have known it, given the passion he provided to this case. This case lasted 3 1/2 years, thru 1 mistrial in 2015 before Mr. Hesse succeeded in having the case dismissed, a week ago today. I believe he was truly driven to accomplish the best possible outcome for my son. Given the obstacles he encountered with this case, many other attorney's might have given up and passed this case to someone else, but he did not. Chris Hesse is the type of attorney you want on your side when you're fighting to prove your innocence. My son and family will never forget what he did for us. As an attorney he is knowledgeable, caring, respectful and committed.”

  • Chris was an absolute professional in the courtroom

“I sat 2nd chair with Mr. Hesse on a Possession of Marijuana case in April of 2014. Chris was an absolute professional in the courtroom. He was able to narrow down on the proper issues during jury selection and succeeded with the suppression of the Marijuana in the case. Judges are reluctant to grant suppressions, but Chris was able to get it done! At that point, the government had no other option than to dismiss the case. Had it not been for Chris' ability to spot a fatal flaw in the government's case, his client may have been wrongfully convicted. I have no doubt Chris will work hard on your case to expose the government just as he did in our case.”
