Attorney Chris Hesse Earns The ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientist Designation

|

We are pleased to announce that attorney Chris Hesse has been designated Forensic Lawyer-Scientist by The American Chemical Society (ACS), one of the most prestigious scientific societies in the United States.

To obtain this specialized designation, attorney Hesse went through extensive training, and had to take 140 hours of forensic science classes and pass a rigorous exam. In addition to understanding the scientific process of analyzing alcohol or drugs in a person’s blood, Mr. Hesse is the only legal professional in West Texas with a Forensic Lawyer-Scientist designation.

As a Forensic Lawyer-Scientist, attorney Hesse has the knowledge that he needs to effectively advocate for our clients. Forensic Lawyer-Scientists use validated and legitimate science to fight for justice on behalf of their clients. With the skills he obtained from his extensive training, attorney Hesse can expose invalid or non-validated science in the courtroom.

The American Chemical Society Forensic Lawyer-Scientist Designation is the highest form of scientific recognition available for lawyers. In addition to being a Forensic Lawyer-Scientist, attorney Hesse has also earned certificates from Axion Labs and the American Chemical Society in the following areas:

  • Forensic Chromatography: Theory & Practice
  • Forensic Analysis of Solid Drugs
  • Forensic Principles of DUID

We congratulate attorney Hesse for this major accomplishment and know that he will use his new skills to ensure that the rights of his clients are fully protected.
