The Law Offices of D. Chris Hesse in Amarillo, Texas is once again pleased to announce that our lead attorney, Mr. D. Chris Hesse, has been officially admitted to practice law in the United States Court of Appeals for both the Third Circuit and the Eleventh Circuit on March 18th, 2016. There are relatively few criminal defense attorneys within the nation that strive to earn admittance to as many Court of Appeals Circuits as Attorney Hesse. Not only does his continued achievements set him apart from other professionals in his field but it also gives him the unique ability to represent clients facing federal appellate courts in most of the country.

The Third Circuit Court of Appeals is complete with five unique districts which together include all of Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. It is also interesting to note that the Third Circuit Court of Appeals also has jurisdiction over the Virgin Islands. The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals is divided into nine districts to cover Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.

In recent news from our law firm, Attorney D. Chris Hesse had gained admittance to the United States Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit, and also the Sixth and Tenth Circuits more recently. In addition to his admittance to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, this marks his sixth admittance out of thirteen possible. With the pace he has set for himself, it would not be surprising if Mr. Hesse was admitted to one or two more appellate courts soon.

Beyond working with appeals to federal courts, Attorney D. Chris Hesse is a renowned criminal defense advocate and stays on the forefront of civil rights concerns in his home state of Texas.
